Essential Information Regarding Property Offers Submission
As you're taking steps towards submitting an offer for one of our properties, please see below important information about our submission process to ensure a seamless experience for you.
1. Prior Validation: Before submitting an offer for any property, please contact either Aaron at 0406 301 229 or Annette at 0409 489 534. This call will allow us to verify that the property is still open for submissions and guide you accordingly.
2. Offer Composition: Please complete the below form which provides us all the necessary information to draft a formal offer contract for you to sign prior to submitting.
3. Offer Review: We then review the 'Offer and Acceptance' (O&A) document with you, either in person or virtually. This step is crucial to ensure all the details are clear, and any questions or concerns you might have are adequately addressed.
4. Signature Submission: After answering your questions and making necessary changes, if any, we will send the O&A to you for signatures via DocuSign. This provides a secure and legally binding way to finalise your offer.
5. Offer Presentation: Upon completion of the above steps, your offer is then presented to the property sellers for their consideration.
