Support for tenants

If you are experiencing hardship during your tenancy and need some support the below organisations may be able to assist you; and remember we are here to help. If you find yourself experiencing financial difficulty please contact our office 08 9537 1220.

The Supported Tenancy Anglicare WA Rockingham (STAR) provides case management support to families and individuals residing in private rentals within the Rockingham & Kwinana areas. Housing Case Managers can support people to sustain their tenancy if they are experiencing difficulty and are in rental arrears, or about to become behind with their rent.

SCALES is a not for profit community service organisation providing quality free or low cost legal advice and information services to people living within the Cities of Rockingham or Kwinana.
